Production
Cholayil produces quality products focused on the toiletries, personal care and healthcare segments. Our manufacturing units are spread across states in different locations.
Manufacturing at all these units is governed by principles of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Our staff are well qualified and thoroughly trained to monitor and enforce strict quality norms at every stage of the production process. Our soaps manufacturing units are certified with the GMP Certification by the Government of India.
R&D/Lab
Cholayil's state-of-the-art R&D Centre is equipped with modern instruments, which are accredited by the Govt. of India. The R&D team is constantly involved in lining up a number of new products covering the Ayurvedic and Cosmetics ranges.
The Cholayil Pvt. Ltd. Herbal & Pharmaceutical Testing Lab, is India's first private testing laboratory approved by the Drugs Controller, Government of Tamil Nadu.
Cholayil Medicinal Plant
Conservation Park
A significant amount of medicinal herbs are from the Cholayil Medicinal Plant Conservation Park, a 120 acre well developed farm having plain forestland on one side and the 50-acre water reservoir on the other. The Cholayil Herbal Garden houses hundreds of medicinal plants as well.
The Group has taken upon itself the challenge to develop this Conservation Park into a 'model park', and turn it into a place of interest on the maps of researchers, scholars, academicians and admirers of Ayurveda and botany.
The aim of the Park is to develop into a good reference farm, where one can see authentic, recognized medicinal plants. The other objective is to cultivate and grow herbs to meet our own exacting standards match or exceed the quality of herbs purchased from other sources.
